Deposits
A 50% DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS, AND THE REMAINING BALANCE IS TO BE SETTLED AT THE COMMENCEMENT OF YOUR SCHEDULED PHOTO SHOOT.
LATE FEE
FOLLOWING A 15-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, A $40 LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED. BEYOND 30 MINUTES, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED, OFFERING YOU THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE AT YOUR CONVENIENCE.
TURNAROUND TIME
PROOFS ARE RETURNED TO THE CLIENT WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM WHEN THEY ARE TAKEN. TURNAROUND TIME FOR EDITED IMAGES IS BETWEEN 4 - 6 DAYS FROM WHEN THE CLIENT SELECTS IMAGES TO BE EDITED IF RUSH EDITS AREN'T PURCHASED.
RUSH FEE
WE OFFER A $45 RUSH FEE FOR CLIENTS TO GET THEIR PICTURES WITHIN 3 DAYS. WE ALSO OFFER AN EXPEDITED FEE OF $100 FOR CLIENTS TO GET THEIR PICTURES WITHIN 24 HOURS.
